LEA Continuous Education Plan

OSSE requires all LEAs in the District of Columbia that serve students in grades K-12 to submit continuous education plans in order to waive the requirement that a school year includes a minimum of 180 instructional days at six hours per day as prescribed in 5-A DCMR §2100.3. Source.
