STEPS TO COMPLETE ENROLLMENT AT PAUL PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL
STEP ONE: Click here to begin the enrollment process for this school year through the online form. Once you enter your Snapcode, you will be prompted to “Sign In”. If you remember your credentials from last school year, you can enter them here (there is a “Forgot Password” option) or you can create a new account. If you have any problems with accessing the online registration form, please email us at enrollment@paulcharter.org or call our hotline at (202) 378-2268. Ms. Carlo and Ms. Sorto can also help you face-to-face if you visit in-person Enrollment Office Hours on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm, or Saturday, July, 17, 2021 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
STEP TWO: Once you have completed your online form, you will need to provide DC Proof of Residency. Submit your Proof of Residency in-person during our Enrollment Office Hours. View the acceptable list of documents here. To complete this step virtually, you will need to send your acceptable Proof of Residency documents to enrollment@paulcharter.org.
IMPORTANT Once a member of our enrollment team has reviewed the documentation, we will follow up with you if there is anything needed. Once the documentation has been accepted by the enrollment team, we will send you a DC Residency Verification Form (DCRV) through PandaDocs to your email. You must sign the DCRV form through this PandaDocs system only – you cannot sign it via email. This form may only be signed in PandaDocs or in-person.
The person providing proof of DC residency must be the student’s parent or legal guardian/custodian. If you are not the parent or legal guardian/custodian via court order, you will need to submit additional documentation to verify Other Primary Caregiver (OPC) status. The Enrollment Team can help you with the Other Primary Caregiver forms – please reach out to us via email at enrollment@paulcharter.org or by calling the Enrollment Hotline at (202) 378-2268, or come into our Enrollment Office Hours.
STEP THREE: In addition to providing Proof of DC Residency you will need to submit the following health-based documents before the First Day of School in August. These vital health documents can be submitted in person during our Enrollment Office Hours or emailed to enrollment@paulcharter.org.
- Report cards and transcripts from previous schools if SY 21-22 is your first year at Paul
- DC Child Physical Certificate (including up to date immunizations)
- Oral Health Certificate
Free/Reduced Lunch Application (Application will be available on July 1st in MealTime or can be submitted on paper via email to business-office@paulcharter.org).
